Wristband Bros creates made-to-order products for its customers which can not be restocked. As such, returns, refunds, or partial refunds are accepted only in the four following scenarios:
1. Product is defective
Wristband Bros goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately and are of the highest quality. Accordingly, Wristband Bros will consider a product to be defective and will refund payment or provide replacement for each defective item in an order when the following conditions are met:
- The products are materially flawed;
- The quality of the decorating (i.e., the printing or debossing) is below a
reasonable range of expectations; - The design of the final product is not an accurate representation of the final design proof submitted or approved by the customer at time of purchase.
2. Your order is delivered later than the customer selected "Important Date" during checkout
Wristband Bros knows that events or other need-by dates are important. All orders are guaranteed for delivery by the "Important Date" submitted on the Important Date Calendar during checkout.
In the event your order is delivered after the customer selected "Important Date," you will have two options:
- Return the product(s) for a full refund.
- Keep the product(s) and receive the rush fee refunded (when applicable).
These following exceptions will negate a refund or return for late delivery of an order order that has an Important Date selected:
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible for delays due to weather, disasters, supply chain disruption, or any other uncontrollable shipping delay circumstance.
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible if your shipment is attempted for delivery on time and you do not make proper considerations to receive it.
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible for delays due to the customer providing an incomplete or invalid delivery address.
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible for delays relating to a lack of responsiveness from the customer during the proof approval process (when applicable).
If you did not select an Important Date at checkout and wish to add an Important Date after placing your order, please contact a Wristband Bros team member as soon as possible and we will attempt to accommodate your request. Orders that do not have an Important Date selected at checkout (with the exception of Super Rush) are not eligible for a full refund or return if delivered within a reasonable time frame of your expected delivery date.
3. Rush Shipping order is delivered later than the delivery date shown at checkout
If your Rush Shipping order is delivered later than the delivery date shown at checkout, you are eligible for a refund of the rush shipping charge associated with your order.
These following exceptions will negate a refund of your rush shipping charge:
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible for delays due to weather, disasters, supply chain disruption, or any other uncontrollable shipping delay circumstance.
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible if your shipment is attempted for delivery on time and you do not make proper considerations to receive it.
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible for delays due to the customer providing an incomplete or invalid delivery address.
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible for delays relating to a lack of responsiveness from the customer during the proof approval process (when applicable).
If you feel your Rush Shipping order was not delivered in a reasonable time frame of your delivery date and believe you should be eligible for a full refund, including product costs, please contact a customer service team member to submit your request as soon as possible.
4. Super Rush order is delivered later than the delivery date shown at checkout
If your Super Rush order is delivered later than the delivery date shown at checkout, you are eligible for a full refund upon return of the items to WristbandBros.com.
These following exceptions will negate a refund of your Super Rush order:
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible for delays due to weather, disasters, supply chain disruption, or any other uncontrollable shipping delay circumstance.
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible if your shipment is attempted for delivery on time and you do not make proper considerations to receive it.
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible for delays due to the customer providing an incomplete or invalid delivery address.
- Wristband Bros can not be held responsible for delays relating to a lack of responsiveness from the customer during the proof approval process (when applicable).
If your Super Rush order was not delivered on time and you are interested in initiating a return, please contact a team member regarding your order as soon as possible.
Buyer's Remorse
Wristband Bros does not accept "Buyer's Remorse" returns for any custom made products, ie returns initiated simply because the customer no longer wants or needs the items. Because each Wristband Bros order is personally tailored for the customer, returns are only accepted due to defect or other error by WristbandBros.com as explicitly listed in the sections above.
Return Window:
If you believe your order is eligible for a return based on the above parameters, please contact us as soon as possible. Customers will have 90 days from the receipt (ie, delivery to your shipping address) of an order to initiate a return. Return requests will not be accepted after 90 days from time of delivery.
Return Shipping:
Return shipping relating to late and/or defective products that qualify for a return based on our above listed policies will be at the expense of Wristband Bros. We will provide you with a prepaid UPS shipping label to return any products. Customers will have the option to drop off their package at the nearest UPS drop-off point. If there is not a UPS drop-off point nearby or the customer needs an alternative shipping method, USPS and Fedex will also be made available.
Refund Method:
Once a return is accepted, a refund will be issued only when the goods have been delivered to Wristband Bros and not sooner. Any refund will be credited back to the original purchase method only. Refunds will take 5-10 business days to appear on your credit or debit card statement. If you purchase using a method other than credit or debit card, please contact us regarding your refund at team@wristbandbros.com.
Cancellation And/Or Modification Prior To Delivery:
Our wristbands are custom items and can not be restocked. As such, once a design & order is confirmed or, in the case of a digital proof being required, the digital proof is approved for production, the design & order details can not be modified and the design & order can not be cancelled. It is important to check your style, quantity, spelling, colors, fonts and other design & order choices carefully to ensure the design & order is produced exactly to your specifications. If you have placed an order recently and require a change to either your design or order contents, please contact us immediately and we will review your request.
If you have items you believe are defective & wish to return them for a full/partial refund, or full/partial replacements, reach out to us as soon as possible.
Important Note About Free Shipping Orders
Free Shipping orders are given an estimated delivery date at checkout. While Wristband Bros strives to always deliver within the estimated delivery timeframe or earlier, late shipments can occur for a variety of uncontrollable reasons. While the vast majority of free shipping orders deliver before or within the estimated ranges shown at checkout, Free Shipping delivery estimates are not guaranteed timeframes. If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please use our Rush Shipping or Super Rush product options OR if choosing Free Shipping be sure to select a deadline date on our Important Date calendar available on the first page of checkout.
